Ben Ritchie

Ben Ritchie is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture, currently serving as Principal Architect and Senior Director at NTT DATA, focusing on business development and complex programme delivery. Previously, as Senior Director of Digital Programmes at First Mode, Ben led the digital integration team for the nuGen solution, driving revenue through technical strategy. In a prior role as Chief Digital Engineer at Anglo American, Ben supported the zero-emission hydrogen-powered haulage programme. Ben’s career spans over two decades at organizations such as Lockheed Martin, IBM, and the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, with a solid academic foundation including a PhD in Theoretical Astrophysics from the University of Sussex and an MBA from The Open University.
