Charles Katzke

Charles Katzke is an EUC Specialist at NTT DATA, specializing in modern endpoint management, SCCM, Intune, and Azure. With a decade of experience in IT, Charles has expertise in server hardware installation, Microsoft Server OS installation, Powershell scripting, and SCCM infrastructure support. Previously, Charles held roles as a Systems Administrator and Microsoft Engineer, where responsibilities included data center management, application packaging, and helpdesk support. Charles completed a National Diploma in Computer Software Technology at Tshwane University of Technology and a short course in IT Management at the University of Cape Town.
