Duane Nicolette

Duane Nicolette is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at NTT DATA since August 2022, Duane previously held key positions at Wipro Limited, where responsibilities included managing operations for a non-voice healthcare project. Prior to that, Duane worked at Convergys as an Operations Manager, overseeing teams in Georgia within the health and auto industries.
