Ignacio Martinez Siles

Ignacio Martinez Siles is an experienced information technology professional with a background in systems administration and team leadership. Ignacio began working as a Técnico de sistemas at Gestión Tributaria Territorial from June 2018 to July 2019, providing technical support and managing Windows-based infrastructure. Following this role, Ignacio joined NTT DATA in October 2022 as an Information Systems Technician, collaborating with multiple clients in a 24x7 Assessment Multicliente department using various tools. In April 2024, Ignacio was promoted to Team Leader, serving as IT Manager and Focal Point Specialist while overseeing a rotating team that provides continuous support. Currently, as Team Lead Coordinator, Ignacio is focused on people management. Ignacio holds a degree in Administration of Computer Systems and Networks from IES Mare Nostrum, completed in 2019.
