Irene Macklin

Irene Macklin is a Senior Specialist in Project Program Management at NTT Data, where they lead globally distributed teams to deliver critical functionalities for a managed care organization. With a background as an Epic Implementation Specialist at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 1990 to 2000, Irene has extensive experience in IT application management within the healthcare sector. They hold a BS in Health Care Administration from Emmanuel College, earned between 1994 and 1998, and possess strong expertise in product implementation and program management, successfully executing multi-million dollar programs. Additionally, Irene serves as the Booking Manager for the Dave Macklin band.
