Jane Holmes is an experienced professional in IT Service Management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Service Transformation and Optimisation Lead at NTT DATA since October 2022, Jane focuses on driving governance and optimisation of services during the transition phase. As the owner of vITIL Consultancy Ltd since 2004, Jane has provided consulting services, including health checks and process enhancement.
