Jayesh Joglekar has over 20 years of IT experience, with more than 14 years in Japan, specializing in customer experience management, MarTech, and global delivery. They have held various roles, including Associate Director and Executive Manager at NTT DATA INTELLILINK Corporation, where they manage multiple projects and lead technical pre-sales initiatives. Jayesh has a strong background in account management, people management, and service delivery, working with global teams in high-stakes environments. They hold an MBA in International Business from the University of Tsukuba and are currently pursuing an Executive Management Program at GLOBIS University.
