John W. Hinton is a seasoned Senior Leader in Digital and Customer Experience, currently directing the Global Digital Experience Practice at NTT DATA. With a rich background in healthcare services and digital solutions, John previously co-founded One True North Partners and held leadership roles at Dell, Leidos, and Phoenix Health Systems, where transformations under their guidance yielded significant growth. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the State University of New York College at Brockport, alongside an Associate of Science in the same field from Monroe Community College.
