Justin Young

Justin Young is a strategic and pragmatic Cyber Security leader with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Security Operations Director at NTT DATA, they have a strong background in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and leading global cyber security initiatives. Previously, Justin held key positions at organizations including Sainsbury's, where they managed information security operations and governance, and the British Army, focusing on IT and management information systems strategy. Justin also contributes to the community as a School Governor at Hurley Primary School. They hold an MSc in Information Management and Technology from Cranfield University and a BA (Hons) from the University of Leicester.
