Lekshmi Nair

Lekshmi Nair is the Global Capability Head of Application and Offensive Security at NTT Data Inc., a position held since 2025. Recognized as one of the Top 20 Women Influencers in Security in India and a Cyber Influencer Titan (CF100), Lekshmi is also a founding member and President of WiCyS India. With a rich background in security and compliance, Lekshmi has held key roles at organizations including IBM Security and Black Duck, where they led significant projects and initiatives in software security across the APAC region. Lekshmi holds a B Tech in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
