Luca Luciani is currently the Head of Application Services at NTT DATA Gov & Tech, where they manage project activities in document management across .Net and Java platforms. With multi-year experience in the public administration sector, Luca has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, overseeing distributed teams and managing subcontractor negotiations. Previously, Luca held roles such as Team Leader at ValueTeam and Senior Consultant at Etnoteam, where they contributed to the development of document management solutions for the Italian government. Luca earned a degree in electronic engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
