Marta Ferrando is an experienced executive in business process outsourcing, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of BPS in Spain at NTT DATA since April 2020. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Executive Director BPO at everis from April 2015 to April 2020 and was responsible for a BPO service in Banking for a major Spanish financial entity, overseeing a team of over 400 personnel.
