Michael Clarkson, also known as Macca, is currently the Group SVP of Managed Services Delivery at NTT DATA since 2011. They previously served as Director of Maintenance & Managed Services for Asia Pacific at Avaya from 1994 to 2008 and held the position of Head of Services at NSC Group from 2009 to 2010. Macca’s early career includes roles as a Senior Technical Officer at Telstra from 1982 to 1991 and as an Officer with the NSW Police Force from 1991 to 1994.
