Paula O'Connell

Paula O'Connell is an experienced professional in events and sponsorship management, currently serving as the EMEAL Events & Sponsorships Lead at NTT DATA since July 2015. In this role, Paula oversees the strategy and execution of European events and sponsorship activations, including budget management and ROI reporting. Previously, Paula held senior positions at Windsor Leadership as Programme and Client Account Manager, and at Rocco Forte Hotels - The Balmoral as Events Planner, where responsibilities included client relationship management and planning large-scale events for multinational clients. Paula began her career as an Event Co-ordinator at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and holds a Master's degree in International Events and Festival Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with ongoing education in Marketing Leadership from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
