Richard W.

Richard W. is a seasoned professional in talent and performance management, currently serving as the Director and Head of Talent and Performance at NTT DATA since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Learning and Development for SMBC Group and various senior consulting positions in performance enablement and talent development across organizations like Aberdeen, Nationwide Building Society, and M&G. Richard has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster. Richard holds a Doctor of Social Sciences in Human Resource Development from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University. Additionally, Richard is an Associate Fellow Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
