Rob Lowe

Rob Lowe is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager at NTT DATA since October 2022, with extensive experience in infrastructure and desktop support roles spanning over two decades. Prior to NTT DATA, Rob held various managerial positions at Avon from November 1999 to October 2022, including Infrastructure Client Services Manager for Western Europe and TMEA, and Desktop Support Team Lead in the UK. Rob also briefly managed the desktop support team in South Africa and served as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and Helpdesk Analyst, ensuring effective service delivery and issue resolution according to service level agreements.
