Shailendra Kumar

Shailendra Kumar is an experienced manager with a strong background in financial integration and data management across several organizations. Currently serving as a Manager at NTT DATA since April 2018, Shailendra leads merger-related work for a banking client, focusing on financial integration in collaboration with the CFO organization. Prior to this role, Shailendra spent nearly 15 years at Accenture as a Manager, where responsibilities included project management and change management during a merger and a supply chain system upgrade, as well as functions as a lead analyst in the Data Management group. Earlier career experience includes a Systems Analyst role at Washington Mutual Card Services, where Shailendra designed data solutions that significantly enhanced profitability. Shailendra holds an MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and an MBA from Osmania University.
