Susan Masters

Susan Masters has a diverse professional background, primarily in technology consultancy and management. Beginning her career at IBM as a Managing Consultant, Susan focused on delivering high-value technology solutions and enhancing customer experiences. Following roles at The North Highland Company as a Senior Manager and as a contractor for InterContinental Hotels Group, Susan took a step back from the corporate world between 2010 and 2019 to focus on family. More recently, Susan served as a Treasurer on the Board of the Organization Change Alliance and worked as a Senior Manager at Aspirent, an NTT Data Company, with a current position at NTT DATA. Academically, Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and completed an Executive Education course in Design Thinking at MIT.
