Vikram Walecha

Vikram Walecha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in sales, strategic planning, and ServiceNow solutions. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Sales for Configured Platforms and Digital Transformation Services at NTT DATA, Vikram previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer for ServiceNow at IBM, where responsibilities included overseeing technology assets and establishing growth strategies. With prior roles at IBM as Associate Partner and at Cognizant as Senior Manager, Vikram has demonstrated expertise in building C-suite relationships, managing significant revenue streams, and leading ServiceNow transformation engagements. Vikram began career at Infosys, specializing in ServiceNow architecture and implementation. Educational credentials include a Certified Master Architect degree from ServiceNow and an MBA in Information Technology and Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
