Alber Cano

Alber Cano is currently the People & Culture Director for LATAM at NTT DATA, Inc., where they utilize their extensive experience in human resources to drive strategic initiatives. With a background that includes roles such as HR Associate Director and HR Business Partner at NTT DATA Services, Alber has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management. Before joining NTT DATA, Alber worked at IBM, focusing on HR partnerships and employee development from 2015 to 2018, and began their career as an Encargado Cobro de Servicios at OXXO from 2002 to 2006. Alber is also pursuing a degree in International Business at Universidad de Guadalajara.
