Beth Howen has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, having held various executive leadership roles across government, non-profit, and private sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer for TELUS International, they focus on developing integrated digital transformation and customer experience solutions for a global client base. Previously, Beth excelled in roles such as Vice President at Atos and Director of Operations at TEAM Mortgage, driving significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. A mentor and advocate for women in technology, they actively participate in initiatives promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the industry. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Purdue University.
