Beth Pearson

Beth Pearson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at NTT Ltd. since October 2018, Beth oversees a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees and collaborates with business leaders to enhance performance and employee experiences. Prior to this role, Beth was the Head of People and Culture at APD, where responsibilities included managing HR for a rapidly growing digital transformation company across multiple regions including South East Asia, China, the USA, and Mexico. Previous experience also includes a senior HR advisor position at Johnson Controls, supporting 500 employees across Australia and New Zealand, and an HR consultant role at AMP, focusing on a Customer Service division of around 200 employees. Beth holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Macquarie University.
