Bill Craddock

Bill Craddock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and information systems engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at NTT Ltd. since March 2014, Bill has held various roles including Information Systems Engineering Director and OSS Project Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Programme & Change Manager at Brightside Group plc, where Bill managed multiple agile software development teams to deliver critical projects. At Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, Bill held several positions from IS/Lean Improvements Manager to IS Project Manager, implementing a Lean Sigma strategy and achieving significant savings while enhancing departmental methodologies. Bill holds an MSc in Software Engineering and a degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
