Dean Williams has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the EVP of Global Human Capital at NTT DATA, Inc. since 2007, where responsibilities include leading Global HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Dean Williams was the Head of HR at Investors Bank & Trust from 2001 to 2007 and held the position of Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman from 1993 to 2001. Earlier in the career, Dean Williams was a Compensation Analyst at Bank of Boston from 1990 to 1993. Dean Williams holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara and a MS in Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
