Prior experience includes a tenure at Cisco, where roles spanned Director of Sales Strategy, Sustainability and Cross Industry Sales Lead, and Director of Business Strategy and Planning, focusing on sales operations and sustainable revenue growth. Devlyn also held positions as Partner at Yell and as Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Waste Management, driving customer-centric transformations and operational improvements. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Operations for the NFL, enhancing community engagement for players’ non-profit foundations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management with a focus on Sustainability and Leadership from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Business.
