Elle Rowe

Elle Rowe has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, beginning with roles as Cabin Crew and Ground Crew at Virgin Australia from October 2009 to February 2011. Following this, Elle served as an Authorised Marriage Celebrant at Married By Elle from January 2019 to October 2024. Transitioning to corporate roles, Elle held various positions at PwC Australia from April 2017 to November 2022, including Learning & Development Manager, Human Resources Advisor, Consulting People & Learning Experience Lead, and Early Careers & Campus Recruitment Manager. Currently, Elle is the Senior Early Careers Manager at NTT DATA, Inc. since May 2025, leading the early careers strategy, focusing on graduate and intern talent pipelines, recruitment, and professional development initiatives.
