Emma Edwards is currently the Head of Pre-Sales at NTT Ltd. After serving as Head of Service Architecture at the same company, they held the position of Service Architect Manager at Dimension Data from 2006 to 2015. Prior to that role, they worked at Affiniti as a Regional Service Manager from 1997 to 2006 and gained experience as a Network Support Specialist at Siemens from 1994 to 1997.
