Felipe Soares is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in designing complex IT solutions, particularly in Disaster Recovery Plans, Cloud, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Servers, Backup, and Storage. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at NTT Ltd. since July 2017, Felipe also fulfills the role of Go To Market Leader, supporting the development of new managed services and partnerships within the hybrid cloud sector. Prior to NTT, Felipe held various positions at Dell from 2005 to 2017, including LATAM Software Sales Engineer II, Inside Product Specialist IV, Enterprise Technical Support Senior Analyst, and Enterprise Technical Support Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from crafting backup solutions to providing critical system support. Felipe holds a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Negócios em TI from Unisinos and a degree in Gestão de TI from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
