Florian Guthier has extensive experience in managed services, beginning with roles at Dimension Data from 1999 to 2000, where they served as a Call Agent and later as a Senior Service Desk Agent. They advanced to Managed Operations Manager, overseeing the rollout of standardized Managed Services for Enterprise Networks across Europe and facilitating training for local teams. After further roles, Florian joined NTT DATA, Inc. in 2022 as a Senior Solutions Architect and has since become the Manager of Service Delivery for Managed Services. They are currently pursuing education at Georg-August-Zinn Schule in Frankfurt.
