Harvey Thipe is an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer with a strong background in information technology and network security. Currently, at ABSA Group, Harvey leads critical initiatives to implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and fortify edge servers with Web Application Firewall (WAF) measures. Previously, Harvey served as a Solutions Architect at Westcon, where they developed tailored solutions for clients, and also held positions at various organizations, including Business Connexion and Dimension Data, where they enhanced network resilience through robust security measures. Harvey's ongoing education includes certifications in Junos, Cisco CCNA, and Checkpoint Security.
