With over 25 years of experience in industry and consulting, Jeff has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Deloitte and Divisional Senior Vice President at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Jeff is passionate about optimizing customer-facing operations and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within teams. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern, an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Virginia. In their spare time, Jeff is an avid enthusiast of Turkish archaeology and zooarchaeology.
