Jinsuke (Jin) Takami has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with NTT Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Jinsuke (Jin) began their career with NTT Communications in 2004 as a Product Engineer and then took on roles as a Service Manager and Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Takami worked as a Senior Service Manager at NTT Europe Ltd. In 2018, they joined NTT as a Senior Manager in the General Affairs Department, focusing on global training and talent management. In 2021, they became the Director of Integrated Services Group ICTI at NTT Ltd., and in 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Quality and Compliance for Integrated Services.

Jinsuke (Jin) Takami obtained their Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Okayama University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications in the field of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). These certifications include ITIL Expert from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in December 2020, ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements (ITIL-SOA) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in December 2020, ITIL Planning, Protection, and Optimization (ITIL-PPO) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in November 2020, ITIL Operational Support and Analysis (ITIL-OSA) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in February 2012, and ITIL Release Control and Validation (ITIL-RCV) from EXIN, obtained in December 2010.
