John Salter

John Salter is a technology executive with extensive experience in service portals and operational support systems. Currently serving as VP of Service Portals at NTT Ltd. since July 2020, John previously held the position of Director of Operational Support Systems at NTT Communications for over a decade, where responsibilities included building and managing a technical team of over 90 staff. John has also held managerial roles at NTT Europe Ltd., Verio, Hubsys Ltd., and began his career as a Computing Officer at the University of Kent. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Networks and Distributed Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering, both from the University of Kent.
