Mark Divett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service management and project leadership. As the Owner of Crystal Approach from December 2004 to January 2013, Mark laid the foundation for a successful career. Mark held various leadership roles at Fujitsu Australia Limited from June 2020 to June 2022, including Director of Customer Service Management for Oceania and Engagement/Relationship Manager. Currently, Mark serves as the State Lead: ACT at NTT DATA, Inc. since August 2025. Other positions include Strategic Pursuit Executive at Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand from June 2022 to July 2024, Head of Customer Service Management: Defence at Fujitsu from August 2024 to July 2025, General Manager - Canberra at Hammond Street Developments from April 2015 to October 2016, and Project Leader at Praxa Ltd from 2000 to 2004.
