Matthew Royds

Matthew Royds is a Managed Services Consultant/Architect at NTT Ltd., where they are responsible for creating support and project delivery models that include governance, financial modelling, and risk analysis. Previously, they served as a Service Architect at UXC Connect and held roles at CGI, Logica, and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. With a strong understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and infrastructure support requirements, Matthew successfully managed client transitions to managed services and achieved contract renewals in outsourced service delivery. Matthew gained their education in Engineering at the University of Wollongong and studied Mechanical Engineering at the Sydney Institute of Technology.
