Michael MacAraeg

Michael Macaraeg is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead for IT Technical Support at NTT DATA, Inc. since November 2016, Michael oversees internal IT operations for ASEAN countries, achieving significant milestones in 2022, including the full completion of EDM and SharePoint migration and the consolidation of Singapore's office facilities. Previous roles include IT Lead for ASEAN at NTT DATA, Engineer for IT Technical Support at Dimension Data, and various IT positions at Kirelis International, World of Fun, and the Office of the Municipal Mayor. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Colegio De Dagupan, having completed studies from 2002 to 2008.
