Noluthando Maleka

Noluthando Maleka is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at NTT Data, specializing in recruiting top sales talent across the Middle East and Africa. With a career in Human Resources starting in 2005, Noluthando has extensive experience in recruitment, training, and development, having previously held roles at companies such as Oracle, Dell, and IBM. They contributed to the Black Networking Alliance at Dell, focusing on the interests of Black employees in recruitment and professional development. Noluthando holds a BA in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
