Pascal Weiss has extensive experience in project and program management, primarily within the financial and technology sectors. At KPMG China, Weiss served as Senior Manager, overseeing program activities and directing strategic projects in investor services banking. Weiss also held the positions of Manager and Auditor at KPMG Luxembourg, where responsibilities included managing complex programs, improving processes, and conducting financial audits for banking institutions and investment funds. As Regional CIO at NTT DATA, Inc. from 2020 to 2025, Weiss focused on aligning IT initiatives with business leadership and enhancing systems for high-value improvements. Currently, Weiss leads IT for Global Units and Practices at NTT DATA, having previously acted as Head of Applications for COFCO International, where strategic IT initiatives were implemented following the company's spin-off. Weiss holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Reims Management School and a Master's in Economics and Finance from Institut d'Etudes politiques d'Aix-en-Provence.
