Paulo Lima has extensive experience in technical and network operations, beginning as an Analista de Suporte Técnico at Proceda from 1995 to 2000. Paulo then served as an Especialista Técnico e Operações at Embratel from March 2000 to August 2007, focusing on configuration, deployment, and support for remote access equipment, along with technical support for data and MPLS networks. Following this, Paulo worked as an Analista de Telecomunicações at Compugraf from August 2007 to August 2011, providing level 3 support in routing and switching. From August 2011 to April 2022, Paulo held the position of Analista de Redes at PromonLogicalis, and currently serves as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst at NTT Ltd., starting in April 2022. Paulo holds a postgraduate degree in Gestão de Redes de Computadores from Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista – FIAP, completed in 2005.
