Simon Munnis

Simon Munnis has over 14 years of experience in service desk support, currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer at NTT Security since May 2003. Simon possesses expertise in 1st and 2nd line support, with a working knowledge of Windows XP and 7, Active Directory, MS Office 2003 and 2010, as well as Avaya and Alcatel PBX systems. Additionally, Simon is ITIL level 3 trained and has held a position as a Technical Support Representative at Intel Online Services from October 2000 to October 2002. Currently, Simon also works as a Principal Specialist in IT Service Desk at NTT DATA, Inc. since July 2019. Simon earned an HNC in Networking and Computing from Reading College between 2001 and 2003.
