Steve Warner

Steve Warner is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture for NTT DATA, Inc., overseeing the People & Culture and Facilities organizations across the UK and Ireland since October 2019. Previously, Steve held the position of People & Culture Director at Dimension Data, where responsibilities included enhancing the full employee experience and reducing attrition. Steve's prior roles also include HR Director at the Symbian Foundation, where strategic direction was set during a challenging period, as well as Head of HR at Vertu and Senior HR Manager positions at Nokia, Samsung Electronics, and Sony Broadcast and Professional. Steve's early career included leading a team as a Senior Client Consultant at Reed Computing Personnel. Educational achievements include an Advanced Leadership Development Programme from IE Business School and a diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth.
