Marcel Boer

Marcel Boer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Service Manager at NU.nl since September 2019, Marcel previously held the role of Agile Coach and Scrum Master at INFO, where responsibilities included continuous improvement and strategy development for Agile practices. Prior experience at IBM involved various project management roles, notably in transition and transformation for major clients like ABN AMRO Bank and UWV. Marcel's career also includes positions in systems administration and education technology support, alongside a background in web development and desktop publishing. Education was completed at the University of Amsterdam from 2003 to 2008.
