Harsha Kumar

Harsha Kumar is an accomplished retail and e-commerce professional with extensive experience in category management and operations. Currently serving as Head of Ecommerce at Nu Republic since December 2023, Harsha previously held the position of Senior Category Manager at UpScalio, managing multiple brands across various online and offline platforms from October 2021 to September 2023. Earlier roles at Big Bazaar included significant positions such as Merchandise Manager and Deputy Manager Operations, where responsibilities spanned from achieving financial targets to conducting operational audits and managing visual merchandising. Harsha's career also includes foundational experience in vendor management and retail operations at Aditya Birla Retail and a management trainee role at the NGO ARYA BHARAT.
