WHY US
I spent the first 20 years of my career managing a large real estate portfolio for a large firm on the east coast. During Hurricane Sandy I spent months doing volunteer construction work to help people get back into their homes. While volunteering, I met my now partner Steve Shechter, and Nivneh Capital was born.
