Andre Torales is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in leading user experience initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Staff UX Researcher at Nubank since August 2019, Andre has been pivotal in shaping the future vision of the Nu App by focusing on app experience and customer-centric narratives. Prior to Nubank, Andre held multiple roles at INSITUM, including UX Research Manager and Local Strategic Research Practice Lead, working with prominent clients such as Facebook, Google, and Uber. Additional experience includes founding DIVR, a startup dedicated to virtual reality projects, and leadership positions at CO.R Inovação, where Andre developed innovative consumer research methodologies. Andre's academic background includes an MBA in Marketing and a degree in Advertising from respected institutions in Brazil.
