Senior Operations Manager Customer Experience

Fernanda Testa has extensive experience in financial operations and debt recovery, having held various leadership roles across several prominent institutions. Fernanda began her career at Itaú Unibanco, advancing from Analyst of Collections to Senior Collections Specialist and Collection Coordinator between March 2001 and September 2007. After a stint as a Collections Manager at Banco Schahin from March 2010 to February 2012, Fernanda served as Manager of Digital Collections and Intermediate Manager of Credit Recovery Products at Serasa Experian from October 2016 to January 2018. Following this, Fernanda worked at banco BV as Collections Manager and Collections Supervisor from August 2014 to August 2016, before transitioning to CVC CORP, where responsibilities included Executive Manager of Financial Operations and Director of Financial Operations from October 2022 to March 2023. Fernanda is currently a Senior Operations Manager in Customer Experience at Nubank, starting in March 2024. Educational qualifications include a Superior degree from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and a postgraduate degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas.
