Joelle Alfassi is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Design Manager III at Nubank since July 2021, Joelle oversees design initiatives within Acquisition, Customer Lifecycle Optimization, and App Experience. Previous roles include Design Manager II and Staff Product Designer at Nubank, where notable contributions involved redesigning the Business owner’s account app experience.
