IT Support Analyst

Laisa Euníria is an experienced IT Support Analyst at Nubank, having started in October 2019, with a background as a Jovem aprendiz where responsibilities included process documentation, creation of meeting materials, and the development of a Disaster Recovery Plan and Business Impact Analysis. Prior experience includes working as a sales assistant at Lojas Marisa in 2018, focusing on customer service and the implementation of a cosmetics kiosk. Laisa is currently pursuing a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems at Universidade Paulista from 2021 to 2024 and has completed the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program at Harvard University in 2021.
