Luiz Junior has extensive experience in technical support and customer excellence, beginning with roles at Itautec, GPA, and OKI Brasil from January 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included first-level technical assistance, incident management, and performance optimization for various systems. Since March 2017, Luiz Junior has been serving as a Customer Excellence Analyst at Nubank Brasil, focusing on client engagement through multiple communication channels, data analysis, feedback collection, and problem-solving to enhance customer experience.
