Raysa Ramos

Raysa Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and customer experience management, currently serving as Product Operations Manager at Nubank since November 2020. Raysa has held various roles at Nubank, including CX New Products & Features Coordinator and CX Specialist, overseeing people and BPO management as well as customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to Nubank, Raysa was OPS Coordinator at FGV Grupo Mazza, where responsibilities included implementing operational guidelines and managing stakeholder relations. Raysa's career also includes positions as an intern at Administração Estadual Do Meio Ambiente and Departamento Administrativo Financeiro, providing experience in environmental inspections and administrative processes. Raysa holds an MBA in People and Leadership from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Sergipe, complemented by international studies in Hungary.
